FLOE Thermoforming’s massive Titan XS40 5-Axis CNC gantry mill is perfectly matched to FLOE’s large format vacuum forming capabilities. The Titan XS40 allows FLOE Thermoforming to quickly prototype and build extremely large patterns and molds internally giving our OEMs safe and reliable opportunity to finalize their part design prior to mold casting. This rapid prototyping and mold pattern making ensures that when final aluminum molds are built they produce the desired OEM part.
HAAS VF-4 AXIS VERTICAL MILLING MACHINE
FLOE Thermoforming’s sophisticated Haas VF-4 Axis vertical milling machine allows FLOE Thermoforming to quickly prototype and build scaled patterns, molds and finished parts internally, giving our OEMs “fast turnaround” opportunity to finalize their part design prior to mold casting.
